HEALTHY LIVING HABITS

By

(Info-1 & 2: Papaya and Strawberry)

Another great way to 'healthy living’ habit is to explore the wonders of ancient practice! I would always say to myself, there's no harm having more knowledge about food! This practice is not new as it has been a practice of ancient time. Back then, technology wasn't present and people in the ancient time managed to make do with what they learned and that practice had given them longevity and prosperity in health. So here I am curious enough to learn and re-learn the benefits of fruits, vegetables, herbs and spices as such practice certainly will bring goodness to our own health!

Nowadays, people try to find new solution to their ailments by using traditional and just natural herbs and spices to heal their unhealthy day to day life misery. So as I am one of them that prefer to do my own research into these types of food; I’ve found a couple of them that are worth sharing to all of you who are also in the same boat as I am; or to those who just want to gather knowledge about it.

Considering this is going to be my ongoing project research, and finding new solutions to the current health problems that many people are facing and I, for one has been; I will be pleased to share with you all as I researched about them.

So to begin with, the following ‘healthy eating’ habit that I’ve read and experimented on as well as surveyed on those who are currently practising them; will be shared with you all in my ongoing articles in hub page.

Did you know that?

Info-1: Papaya (Pawpaw)

Papaya which contains more vitamin C than oranges is a good source of zinc, aids digestion and helps the body digest meat proteins. It actually has a protective role against stomach cancer and is beneficial for the skin.

Info-2: Strawberry

Strawberry is also another fruit which is full of vitamin C and is helpful in reducing cholesterol. It contains the fruit fibre pectin that cleanses the system and help with skin complaints. For those who suffer from urinary tract infections and diarrhoea; strawberry leaves can be made into a tea to relieve such ailment.
